Neu gekauft, 1x probe gefahren. Dann in Vitrine. Nach einem Jahr: Rauchgeni geht nicht. Auf Garantie 2x (!) eingesandt (nach 1. mal ging der Rauch immer noch nicht) dann ging es \u00fcber Monate hinweg bis was zur\u00fcckkam, Lok ging verloren, am Schluss musste ich den Rauchgenerator (auf eigene Kosten und Arbeit) selber tauschen! Aus andern Gr\u00fcnden braucht man sie (als Erwachender) nicht wirklich &#8211; ausser man ist in der Branche t\u00e4tig &#x1f35e;&#x1f956;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nur ein Einzelfall?!?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allgemein<\/strong>: ich werde nicht mehr auf Garantie einsenden, denn nach meiner Erfahrung n\u00fctzt es nichts! Die Garantie-Zertifikate sind somit unbrauchbar! Einzelfall? Hmmmm&#8230; ich hatte selbes mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maerklin.de\/de\/produkte\/details\/article\/76501\">M\u00e4rklin Portalkran 76501 <\/a>: Die fristgerechte, gut dokumentierte, eingereichte und vom H\u00e4ndler best\u00e4tigte Garantiereperatur kam nach einem Jahr mit einer Rechnung zur\u00fcck! M\u00e4rklin konnte bei meiner Beanstandung nicht helfen&#8230;. der Anwalt des H\u00e4ndlers hatte gesagt, es sei ein klarer Fall, dass M\u00e4rklin  dies \u00fcbernehmen sollte.
